Older 90’s home given a new life!!!
When buying real estate now a days, sometimes you end up buying an older home that is in desperate need of a remodel. This was the case with this project. The home was very dated. The young couple needed space for their growing family.
All the rooms were divided up. The kitchen was small with old melamine cabinetry, the dining room was off the kitchen and did not get used. The lay out was simply not practical for this day and age. Coming up with a design that provided an open concept and proper flow for the kids to run around was essential. By converting the dining room into a laundry/mudroom provides the couple with the convenience for all those muddy boots and clothes.
Now this home has an bright and open space. They couldn’t be more happy with the final results!
